Performance Testing

We are a certified Class 1 Residential Rater, a BPI Building Analyst, as well as a certified Commercial and Public Buildings Rater.

This allows us to perform blower door and duct blaster testing to confirm the tightness of a structure and the amount of leakage in the duct system. In some instances, these tests are required and we are able to perform them and submit all applicable paperwork and forms for confirmation. We also perform Thermal Imaging of structures to aid in determining leakage and low insulation levels without having to open walls or ceilings for access. Reports of findings are detailed and any necessary repairs will be able to be performed without having to remove excess areas of walls or ceilings as the report will direct the contractor to the problem areas.
